This is the registration survey for Good Society presented by Larp House May 3rd 2025.

PLEASE NOTE - IF sign ups for this event become full, filling out this form will indicate that you are interested in being put on a waitlist in the case that other players drop out. Should this occur, you will be notified by the email you provide in the form below. Otherwise, assume you are in the event!

This information will be shared with certain Larp House officers (all members of the Positive Play Committee and the Creative Director), and with the megagame organizer, Jae.

Signing up for any Larp House larp will add you to the Larp House mailing list if you are not already on it. The purpose of the mailing list is to inform members of upcoming events, including future larps, larp workshops, and General Committee meetings. You can unsubscribe from this list at any time.

Covid Policy

N95 respirators or better are required for everyone at this event, and we will have a few to share.

Attendees need to be vaccinated for COVID-19 and boosted to the extent recommended by the CDC for their demographic group. Our policy means you will need to have had the 2024 covid vaccine at least two weeks before this event or we will turn you away at the door. Bring proof you were vaccinated in September 2024 or later. That could be your card, a picture of it, a document on your phone. We know pharmacies aren’t providing proof as reliably as they once did, your personal attestation will suffice in lieu of documentation.

If you have any symptoms of COVID-19, stay home. If you are able to, take a rapid test before arrival. Please reach out if you have any questions about our policy.
