 CONSENT AND TERMS OF SERVICE:

     **Minimum Check in/Diagnostic Charge: $169 includes check-in, visual inspection, system scan,  data analysis. Except: Electric Vehicles, Land Rover, Jaguar, Porsche, Antique, 25+ and Exotic- $249.99

        **Dealer Purchased Extended Warranties: Accepted with an Admin./Processing fee of $249.99

        **Diagnostic Approval Consent:  Up to 1 hour of additional diagnostics/testing passed the initial   minimum charge without further approval.

        **Additional Diagnostics over the minimum charge plus 1 hour:  will be billed separately at standard labor rate for the vehicle, with prior approval. 

        **Fluids Consent: Fluids will be topped off/adjusted as needed and charged accordingly. 

        **Battery replacement** Vehicle has to have sufficient power to conduct testing and/or diagnostics,   if necessary, I agree to have the battery replaced and be charged accordingly.

               **Liability: Not responsible for damage or lost items left in vehicle. Remove all valuables.    Not responsible for theft or damage. 

        **Payment & Release: Vehicle released  after full payment. $55 per day storage added 24 hours after estimate or repairs are completed ,  unless arranged otherwise.

               **Towing: All towing costs are customer's responsibility. 

        **Payment Policy: 4% surcharge applies to all credit card transactions.

Cashier's checks and cash are accepted. No personal checks accepted.
