We're looking forward to welcoming you to Wildfire's Winter Baha'i' Family Camp of 2017/2018!

THEME: Every Choice Leaves a Trace

Registration fees includes a 4 day program, 3 night stay and all meals and snacks.
(Please note there are no deductions for any missed meals)

*Rooms with ensuite washrooms will be given out on a first come first serve basis with an additional charge of $75.

Preference will be given to those staying for the entire event. Your room is reserved when your funds are received. We are sorry we are unable to hold rooms without payment. Special room request is not guaranteed.

*Private rooms for single guests not available. Single guests will share a room with other singular guests.

COMMUTERS:
(Please note there are no deductions for any missed meals and aside from bringing food/beverages for infants and children offsite meals are not allowed onsite as we have limited storage and cannot monitor what is brought in regarding allergies.)

PAYMENT:
Following your registration, a welcome letter and invoice will be emailed to you.

Full payment is required to secure a room at the camp. Please note that you will NOT be officially registered until we receive your payment. Payment is expected to be received at Wildfire lodge (69 Concession Road 4 East, Tiny, Ontario L0L 2T0) no later than December 22nd.

Parties that cancel between December 22nd - 25th will receive 50% of their money back. Parties that cancel any later than December 25th will not receive their money back.

Payment can be made via cash, e-transfer to wildfirelodge@gmail.com, or mail a cheque made payable to Wildfire WorldCit.

CARPOOLING:

Please understand we cannot guarantee transportation, however if you need a ride to Wildfire please check the forth box and we will send you the email address of anyone from your area that is available to carpool and has room in their vehicle. Please correspond with one another about the details for pick up and drop off. If you have found transportation on your own please email us at wildfirefamilycamp@gmail.com so we can confirm your registration.
