Each vendor space comes with one (1) 6ft table, two (2) chairs and two (2) vendor badges unless otherwise stated.

All exhibitor and creator tables are located indoors. 

Sharing a vendor space is allowed. 

Additional vendor passes can be purchased at a discounted price of $10/both days or $5/one day (max. 10 passes per space) at vendor check-in during the setup (Friday, August 15th, 2025 and Saturday, August 16th, 2025).

Promotional materials must be received not later than July 1st, 2025, to be used for the 2025 show announcements. 
By submitting this form, I confirm that NONE of the art (in any form, including but not limited to graphic work and literary work) sold at my table/booth is created using AI.  *
Required
Tri-Cities Comic Con Reservation & Cancellation Policy:
  • After submitting your application, please allow up to 4 weeks for it to be reviewed.   
  • Applications are processed on a rolling basis in the order they are received, and approval is not guaranteed. Completing this form does not ensure a vendor/artist space.  
  • Colossus Girl Entertainment reserves the right to reject any application for reasons including, but not limited to, the use of AI, affiliation with a multi-level marketing (MLM) company, or lack of relevance to comics and pop culture. Colossus Girl Entertainment also reserves the right to curate and limit the number of vendors in specific categories, such as 3D printers, crochet artists, and other specialties.
  • If your application is approved, you will receive a confirmation email along with a Square invoice for your vendor fee.
  • Completing this form does not reserve tables or booths. Your space is only secured once full payment is received.   
  • Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Applications without payment within 30 days of the invoice date will be automatically cancelled. 
  • Vendors wishing to cancel their Tri-Cities Powerhouse Comic Con table(s) must inform Colossus Girl Entertainment in writing no less than 30 days prior to the event.
  • Vendors who cancel their table or booth for the upcoming show will receive a credit to use at the next Tri-Cities Powerhouse Comic Con or any other event produced by Colossus Girl Entertainment. Alternatively, they may transfer their table or booth to another vendor. No credit or transfer will be offered in the case of a no-show on the day of the event.  
  • If the event is postponed due to circumstances beyond the organizer's control, including but not limited to government regulations, natural disasters, disease outbreaks, pandemics, or acts of God, vendors will be issued a credit to use at the next Tri-Cities Powerhouse Comic Con or any other event produced by Colossus Girl Entertainment. No refunds will be provided.  
  • Selling of AI-GENERATED ART, BOOTLEG PRODUCT, or STOLEN PRODUCT is prohibited. Violators will be removed from the show and banned from all events produced by Colossus Girl Entertainment.
