Intents will open at 9 am EST on the first of the month preceding the race series. (ie: Nov 1 for all races in December). The intent deadline is 5 pm EST 21 days before the first Team Captains' Meeting of the series. This form is set to close automatically at 5 pm EST on the intent deadline.
