Fair Lawn Summer Enrichment Music Program Registration Form
All classes will be held at Thomas Jefferson Middle School.
Students must have completed 3rd Grade
Students taking more than one class must schedule back-to-back class periods.
Program will transpire from June 30, 2025 - July 25, 2025.  No class on July 4th for the observance of Independence Day.

SCHEDULE:
Period 1: 9:00am - 9:55am
Period 2: 10:00am - 10:55am
Period 3: 11:00am - 11:55am
Period 4: 12:00pm - 12:55pm
(Band or Orchestra occurs as a double period during period 3&4 from 11:00am - 12:55pm)

MONTHLY TUITION:
One Period: $275
Two Periods OR Band/Orchestra Double Period: $400
Three Periods OR One period plus Band/Orchestra Double Period: $500
Four Periods OR Two periods plus Band/Orchestra Double Period: $575
There will be a Non-refundable registration fee of $40 per student

First Day Orientation - June 30th
On the first day of classes, the day will begin at 9:15am with a full meeting.  Then all courses will meet for just 15 minutes for students and parents to meet the instructors and find their rehearsal spaces.  

Regular schedules will begin on July 1st.

*Please remember that course requests cannot be guaranteed.  Courses will not run if enrollment does not meet the minimum class size requirements.  Enrollment into a class is based on what period the course runs, number of students in the class, and the number of teachers available to teach each course. Double Period Clarification

If you register for either level of Band or Orchestra, it takes places during period 3 & 4 which means you are signing up for 4 periods of classes with a rate of $575.

Example Class Schedule:
Period 1: Chorus from 9:00am - 9:55am
Period 2:  Guitar from 10:00am - 10:55am
Period 3 and 4: Advanced Band from 11:00am - 12:55pm
