We are using ROLLING ADMISSIONS for this cohort. Please note that this process generally takes a few weeks to complete, especially in getting all your transcripts in.

Click “College of Education Application”
When completing the application (Plans), select "MEd. Learner-Centered Practices." You must select a full degree pathway at this point. By entering into the Cohort, you will be taking 5 courses and will earn a Certificate. Those same 5 courses are also applicable toward this degree if you choose to finish!
Once you create an account and begin the application, the site (through prompts and email messages) will direct you regarding which items need to be completed.
You can use the code “SUEDU” to waive the application fee when prompted.

YOUR APPLICATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL ALL ITEMS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED BY SPALDING.

You will need to submit the following:

Copy of your ID
Essay/personal statement
2 recommendation letters (make sure to tell your recommenders to check their spam folders just in case the email goes there)
Official transcripts for all colleges/universities you have attended* (This does mean all--even if those credits are included on another transcript! Spalding needs official transcripts sent directly to them from ALL colleges/universities you have attended)
More items may be required if you are outside the United States, along with additional transcript and testing fees. Please refer to instructions you receive from Spalding regarding this, if it is applicable to you.

*Please DO NOT have transcripts mailed unless that is absolutely the only option (we have seen this take up to a month or more for other applicants). You should have them electronically submitted through your college/university, or you can use the National Student Clearinghouse website to have them electronically submitted to Spalding (if your school is a participant). Electronic submission is usually done in 1-2 business days.

Interviews are NOT required for our program.
