Your participation in this survey is completely voluntary and your responses will remain confidential. The purpose of the survey is to measure perceived risk to sea level rise in Newtown, FL, and to document residents' concerns and experiences related to extreme weather, flooding, mold, and asthma.

Sea level rise is an increase in height of the sea’s surface relative to land.

Mean Sea Level (MSL) is the average surface height of the ocean, about halfway between low and high tide. Land elevation is measured as a height above MSL.
