Papao Music Store, (formerly known as Freebies Kpopstore) is operated, owned and established by Joanne Paula Antonio since July 2009. Purchasing a product from this online store means that you agree and that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions. These terms are subject to change at any time by posting changes online. Please review these terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes made. Ordering after changes are posted means you agree to be legally bound by these terms as updated and/or amended.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. ORDERING
• Check ALL THE DETAILS (prices, cut-off of sending your order, cut-off of payment, ETA: estimated time of arrival). All these details are indicated on the details of the photo posted on our Facebook account, Facebook pages and Twitter. PLEASE BE A RESPONSIBLE BUYER.

Make reading a habit. Most of your questions about your orders can be found through the details under the photo uploaded.

• Strictly NO BOGUS BUYER or JOY RESERVER! (Once you have submitted your order form, it means that you are 100% SURE of buying the said item.)
Once order has been CONFIRMED, your order is already counted. Therefore, please be responsible. For as the moment you hit the "SUBMIT" button, we already take note of your order, sent your order to the supplier, and paid the said item as well.
2. BOGUS BUYERS/JOY RESERVER:

● BOGUS BUYERS/ JOY RESERVER will be posted and will be banned from the shop.

● You will be given a maximum of 2 weeks to settle your balances from the time of receiving an update for your item's arrival otherwise you are subject to pay the penalty for the next final 2 weeks grace period before your item/s will be forfeited. We will be informing you through facebook messenger about your item's arrival.

● A penalty of Php10 per day per item will be imposed for the buyers with outstanding balance after the first 2 weeks grace period given. All in all, you will be given a maximum of 1 month to settle your balances plus penalty so you can claim your arrived item/s otherwise it will be forfeited. (We have decided to give these penalties as recently a lot of buyers are NEGLECTING their obligations and as much as we want to consider late payments, we can't just say sorry and pay "sorry" to the banks on our due date.)


3. SHIPPING FEE is shouldered by the buyer and it depends on the weight of the parcel and on your location and the courier.

>> We are NOT liable for any delayed shipment since we ship the item/s the same date as we indicate in our post online along with the tracking numbers.

>> Item/s to be shipped are thoroughly checked before shipping, hence we are NOT liable for any damage upon the arrival of the parcel.

>> We are NOT liable for any lost item/s since all the information we have provided in the shipping details came from the buyer/s in which we recognize as true and reliable. THEREFORE, A REFUND IS NOT POSSIBLE.

>> Additional shipping fee is required for the item/s sent back to us due to wrong address, incorrect shipment detail, unclaimed item/s in any courier branch, etc. Please be reminded that as a buyer, you are also responsible for tracking your parcel and checking for the parcel's status.

4. PRODUCTS listed at our shop are directly shipped from Korea and it is 100% original. Shipping usually takes 3 - 4 weeks to arrive at the Philippine port and sometimes takes longer due to unforeseeable circumstances.

NOTE: Upon the shipments arrival at the port, it will be processed for releasing that could take another 1-2 weeks depends on the processing time and notice given. We will inform you as well once the shipments are already released. Patience is a virtue!

5. Once order has been made, CANCELLATION IS NOT ALLOWED (You cannot cancel your order just because the delivery is delayed due to port congestion or custom problems.)

6. Strictly NO RETURN NO EXCHANGE POLICY. We make sure that before handling the items, it is in a 100% good condition.

7. PAYMENT FORM and PROOF OF PAYMENT (RECEIPT) shall be submitted whenever a payment has been settled. NO PAYMENT FORM EQUALS TO NO PAYMENT MADE.

NOTE:

>> ITEMS WITH LATE PAYMENTS WILL BE CONSIDERED AS PART OF THE NEXT BATCH ORDERS WITHOUT NOTICE AS CUT-OFF DATES ARE INDICATED DURING ORDER CONFIRMATION.

>> PRE-ORDER BENEFITS FOR THE ITEMS FORWARDED TO THE NEXT BATCH WILL BE REMOVED BECAUSE ALL PRE-ORDER BENEFITS HAVE SPECIFIC CUT-OFF DATES GIVEN BY THE SUPPLIER.




8. MEET-UPS ARE AVAILABLE AT THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS:
>> SM NORTH
>> SM MEGAMALL
>> SM SANGANDAAN
>> House pick-up (to be scheduled)

IMPORTANT REMINDER:

>> Please prepare Php50.00 for the handling fee.

>> Kindly check the items given to you during meetup for the moment you left the meetup place it is understood that you have thoroughly checked the items and received the correct item/s. Therefore, we are NOT liable for any missing piece or damage complain after the meetup.

>> For meetup cancellation, kindly SEND A TEXT MESSAGE 24HRS BEFORE THE SCHEDULED MEETUP.

>> Failure to get your items on the scheduled meetup date will be automatically subjected for shipping, hence the buyer must shoulder the shipping fee. (Some of the items are heavy and it takes time to prepare it for meetup. Please be responsible and claim your items on the date, time and place agreed.)


SPECIAL CASES:
1. LOST SHIPMENT/BOXES FROM KOREA
There are times when items/shipments go missing for many reasons. A scenario no one wishes for. In such cases, please note that before we declare/inform the buyers for the lost shipment, we have already contacted the courier and the supplier for the possibilities of compensations. In line with this, if the courier and the supplier does not provide any refund or compensations to us, unfortunately we CANNOT give refunds as well.
Note that every items we have shipped were already paid in FULL and that we also lost a big sum of money when things like this happen.
2. WHEN YOUR ORDER BECAME OUT OF STOCK YOU HAVE 2 CHOICES:

A. REFUND

NOTE: Kindly refer to the modes of payment for the list of acceptable refund options. If refund is through money remittance centers ( Western Union or Cebuana), buyers will shoulder the money transfer fee.


B. CHANGE ORDER

NOTE: ETA (estimated time of arrival) will be based on the current batch of orders from the time you sent your change order form. Price of the changed item must be of the same amount or higher from the out of stock item. Any excess shall be paid by the buyer on or before the item's arrival.)

DON'T FORGET OUR 2 WEEKS RULE:

If you fail to pay your balance within 2weeks from the arrival of the item/s, your item/s is/are SUBJECT TO FORFEITURE.

NOTE: I will inform you when your item has arrived and will remind you from time to time to settle your balances.

IMPORTANT NOTE: UNCLAIMED ARRIVED ITEMS FOR OVER A MONTH WILL BE FORFEITED regardless if it's fully paid or not, or your balance is shipping fee only, hence we do consider the availability of the stockroom intended for the continuous arrival of new items.

WHAT TO DO TO GET PRE-ORDER BENEFITS FROM NEW ALBUM RELEASES?

1. Send your orders on or before the cut-off date WITH SURE PRE-ORDER BENEFIT.

2. Don't forget to pay the DP (Down Payment ) before the payment cut-off.

REMINDERS FOR RESELLERS:

1. As one of Papao Music Store resellers, you are obliged to settle at least 50% from the total amount of order you purchased upon receiving the order confirmation. You are also bound on the same terms and conditions from our normal buyers including but not limited to penalties and forfeiture of items.

2. Failure to settle your balances on the given CUT-OFF DATE can lead to CANCELLATION OF ORDERS or your ITEMS may be FORFEITED as well as your initial payment.

3. WE DO NOT TRANSACT WITH THE RESELLER'S BUYERS. Our transaction is with you as our reseller. We always inform the resellers on the status of their orders and it is your obligation to inform your buyers on the status of their orders. WE WILL NOT ENTERTAIN TEXT MESSAGES, KAKAO, EMAIL, FB MESSAGES FROM YOUR BUYERS.

4. Kindly submit your ORDER FORM in every order and submit your PAYMENT FORM and PROOF OF PAYMENT in every payment made.
>> NO ORDER CONFIRMATION EQUALS TO NO ORDER MADE.
>> NO PAYMENT CONFIRMATION EQUALS TO NO PAYMENT MADE.

5. WE VALUE OUR RESELLER'S PRIVACY SO OUR TRANSACTIONS WILL BE BETWEEN US AND YOUR INFORMATION WILL BE DEEMED CONFIDENTIAL EXCEPT ON SUCH CASES THAT OUR SHOP IS PUT ON SHAME OR DISHONORED IN ANY MANNER.
