Judges Information
Each school is highly encouraged to bring one judge per team to assist with two rounds of the Bearcat Invitational. These individuals can be coaches or other volunteers qualified to provide feedback to the competitors. Our goal is for each individual to judge no more than two rounds, but please be aware that if there is a shortage of judges, coaches will be asked to judge one to two rounds, or individuals will be asked to judge more than their allotted two rounds. Volunteers for more than the requested two rounds are welcomed.

Please provide some basic information about each individual your team is bringing to judge.

Please check all that apply. We will do our best to keep each individual under 2 rounds each.
Willing to be a presiding judge?
*Two judges will be assigned to each trial. As a judge, you will either act as a presiding judge or a scoring only judge. Presiding judges will rule on motions and objections. In addition, presiding judges will score the round. Scoring only judges will score the round. The American Mock Trial Association provides scoring sheets explaining the scoring process. Judges will attend a brief meeting before each round for an explanation of the scoring process and the case.
