Do you anticipate a job transfer, etc that would remove the dog beyond this 1 hour drive? Keep in mind that this is a 3-5 year commitment. *
Where do you live? To be considered, you must live within 3 hours of Lake Charles, Louisiana. *

Will your dog be an indoor or outdoor dog? *
Are you willing to feed your puppy/dog a high quality pet food product of my approval? *
Do you have any other dogs on your premises? If yes, what type and are they spayed/neutered? *
Are you willing to provide regular exercise and socialization to your puppy/dog? *
Are you willing to take your puppy to basic obedience classes? *
Are you willing to accept and follow breeders recommendations for the dogs basic health care and veterinarian care, such as vaccine schedules, the use of certain medications, flea, tick and heartworm preventatives? *
Do you agree to maintain an open line of communication with FluffnStuff Doodles with any matter related to the dog? *
Are you willing to allow me to visit your home (on occasion) and be able to visit my home so the dog and i stay familiar with one another? *
