CLERY CRIME REPORT FORM

This form is to report Clery crimes for inclusion in the Annual Security and Fire Safety Report (ASFSR) for UC Riverside as required by the Clery Act. This information assists with the compilation of crime statistics that occur within the Clery geography of the University.

Submitting this report here DOES NOT initiate a law enforcement report. If you would like to submit a report to law enforcement, please call 911 (EMERGENCY) or UCR Police Department (951) 827-5222 (non-emergency).
If a crime reported to you could be an ongoing threat, it should be reported immediately to the UCR Police Department for a potential campus-wide notification.
