Booking all services on an ongoing basis
My Fees:
$100 one time cost to start
$100 per month until the first booking
$150 per month after the first booking or 10% of all bookings - whichever is more
After 6 months of work, my fees go up to a more standard pay for the industry - $375 per month or 15% - whichever is more.

My process is as follows: 

1)  I will create an intake form that your session clients will fill out.  This will give me all the info I need to book a date and time for you with the clients.  If you already have an intake form, I'd be happy to discuss using it.

2)  I will create an intake form for custom pic/video orders (I do the same for worn items, Skypes, etc. if these are something you do)

3)  I will create an information sheet for producers/photographers.

4)  I will create a google voice number if you don’t already have one.  This is for texting clients, and we can both have access to the messages.

5)  I will create a spreadsheet we will share that has all your customs, bookings, travel info and money between us.

6)  Once all of this is set up, you will want to use the email and phone number we are sharing to give to clients.  All business communications should come through one of those methods.  If you want me answer DM’s on social media, I can do that as well, but will refer them to email as this is the best, and most professional, way to keep track of clients. 

7)  Payment - once the client agrees to pay, he will pay you directly.  I will have the client send a screenshot of the payment before adding him to your schedule.  If references need to be checked, I will check them as well.

8)  Once the payment is received, I will put the info on the spreadsheet for you to review. It will include all the info on the shoot/session and will list my commission.

9)  At the beginning of every month, I will send you an invoice for what is owed to me from the previous month.  This should be paid by the 15th of each month.

10)  If the client cancels a session or no shows – they will be informed up front that all payments are non-refundable for this. However, if you cancel or don’t show for a session, the expectation is that you refund the client what they paid.  Keep in mind, if this happens, you would have already paid me for the work I performed, so it would be your responsibility to refund the client in full.  My fee is for my services already rendered and is not refundable to you by me. 

11)  I will send the address of your location to clients/producers that have booked. 

12)  Once the client arrives for their session, it’s best for you to communicate with them from there.  I usually tell them to message when they have parked and then you can let them know it’s ok to come up to the room or door to the house (and provide the room number) 

13)  On an ongoing basis, I will keep your intake form updated with new info, travel dates/cities. All you need to do is keep me informed of your travel cities/dates/etc.

14)  I will organize your email or create a database to easily find clients by city.

15)  When you add cities to your travel schedule, I will email clients/producers in those cities to let them know you are coming, I will usually email them again 1-2 weeks before you arrive and then again, if time permits, the day you get to town. I can update session girls as well.

16)  I generally respond to messages at least 3 times per day. Once in the morning, once mid day and once at night.  For models that are traveling, I will check messages more often to ensure timely responses to those that want to book.  

17)  For an additional fee, I will book airline tickets, hotels and help coordinate collabs with other models,  if you’d like.  

Some things to note.  Most models get a large amount of inquiries but few bookings, this is normal.  Most of my work is fielding emails/texts, answering questions, organizing data for future use etc.  The purpose of my process is to avoid a lot of back and forth with clients.  This keeps things professional, streamlined, and time-saving.  Should you choose to book clients in your DM or on other platforms during this process instead of sending them to email/text to handle, I will add them to your schedule for you and email them the address confirmation and any other info regarding their session.  The same fees will apply in these cases.   

Lastly, if my process listed above does not align with what you are looking for, I do understand.  We can discuss your needs and come up with a solution that will work for both of us.
