Common Greens believes it's important for everyone to have the opportunity to express their concerns without reprisal and in a format that feels safe and comfortable. We also believe that in-person conversations can reduce miscommunication and resolve issues faster, so we will strive to address concerns in-person as much possible.

Producers who have concerns about market operations and/or producer compliance with Common Greens’ policies, rules and/or regulations should submit this form. It is most helpful if concerns are filed within one week of the market during which the alleged violation or concern occurred.

All concerns will be treated as confidential, and the complainants identity will not be revealed to outside parties. All complainants must provide contact information as requested below. Anonymous complaints will not be acted upon.
