Hello,
We are reaching out to connect with you in regards to ABCD’s Youth Services programs. We provide youth between the ages 14 - 25 years old opportunities for work development opportunities, including soft skills development, trainings, college courses, certificates, and internships. Each year we seek partners to provide a meaningful work experience for our youth and we are hoping you will consider to be one of them!
By Becoming a Worksite Partner:
- Youth wages are paid by ABCD
- Career Explorations (150 - 200 hours, schedule vary, through May)
- WorkSMART (80 hours over 8 - 10 weeks, through May)
- SummerWorks (more info to come, youth will work during the months of July and August)
- ABCD staff provides ongoing support to youth and the host organization to mentor youth, manage payroll, and help resolve any problems
