Yuemi Customshop: Commission Request Form
Hi there, welcome! If you would like a Pokeball or Gameboy (or any other form of terrarium!) custom made terrarium, please fill out this form, and I will reach out to you to finalize the order :3 

Just a brief breakdown of where commission prices begin**: 

Pokeball - starts at $90 (large: $100)
Gameboy - starts at $100
Other - will be discussed with you :)
Special requests may be extra! (i.e. an extra Pokemon in the terrarium is +$15, or a figurine that I may have to purchase specifically, which can range anywhere from the base extra of $15 to $30)

Free shipping across the US! Each order also comes with a couple of my Pokemon stickers for free! Turnaround time on average is 1-2 weeks, up to 3-4 weeks if I am preparing for a convention. 

Payment will be conducted through: Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, or PayPal
