Summer School 2021 Site Selection
This form will help the planning committee evaluate potential host sites for the 2021 Summer School. Please note that the planning process assumes ~200 participants and ~100 presenters. With guests and family members, the total number of people at events could be approximately 350.

The event will be planned for an expected 5 days (+/- 1 day, depending on weather and travel considerations). It is likely that at least one of the days is during the weekend. We expect to schedule the event in late July or early August 2021.

In selecting the site, the steering committee will consider a number of factors, including proximity to required infrastructure, costs, available site facilities, level of support, local area attractions, and location relative to recent summer schools.
