Earth Science Field Course Gear Loan Request
Please answer all of the questions below. All gear is borrowed from the UCSB Adventure program and must be picked up and returned directly to them. Shannon Dalton will email you once your request is approved, which will then allow you to pick it up. 

A request must be filled out for each trip, even if there are multiple trips per quarter. Gear must be returned at the end of each trip and cannot be kept for the entire quarter. 

The department will cover the cost of the rental. Failure to return any gear will result in a BARC charge directly to your account.
