We want to do our utmost to help and support students and families who are have issues with technology.

The first question identifies if there is a problem with the Chromebook. If there is a problem with the Chromebook, such as not connecting to WiFi, a broken screen or non-functioning keyboard, the form will take you to page to fill out the Tech Department form. Someone from IT will be in touch with you. If the Chromebook is working correctly and you are experiencing other issues such as being unable to log on to certain applications, please continue filling out the information on subsequent pages. A media specialist will be in contact with you.
