Eno River Farmers' Market New Member Application
Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of the Eno River Farmers Market (ERFM). The following procedures are meant to make the application process as fair and simple as possible.

Please use the following steps to apply:
1. Read the ERFM Market Rules and Bylaws which can be found at our website under Membership Info.
2. Fill out this application form completely. Forms not filled out completely, including copies of any required NCDA inspections, will not be considered.
3. Applications for the summer season must be received by December 31st to begin selling on the first Saturday in April.
4. Submit your non-refundable $25.00 application fee to:

** Current stall fees for members are $15.00 for Saturdays (April-October)**
** Current stall fees for members are $12.00 for Saturdays (November-March)**

Summer Season Application Review Process:
• Summer season applications are reviewed by the Board of Directors the first week of February.
• Following review by the Board, letters of rejection are sent or contact will be made by an ERFM representative to schedule an inspection of the farm/business.
• An inspection by ERFM representatives will take place during the month of February.
• The Board votes to formally accept or reject applications based on inspection reports at the March meeting. The final letters of acceptance or rejection are sent.
• Newly accepted vendors may begin selling at the market on the date specified in the acceptance letter.
