Summer Season Application Review Process:• Summer season applications are reviewed by the Board of Directors the first week of February.• Following review by the Board, letters of rejection are sent or contact will be made by an ERFM representative to schedule an inspection of the farm/business.• An inspection by ERFM representatives will take place during the month of February.• The Board votes to formally accept or reject applications based on inspection reports at the March meeting. The final letters of acceptance or rejection are sent.• Newly accepted vendors may begin selling at the market on the date specified in the acceptance letter.
