NSF I-Corps Customer Discovery – Participant Registration
We are a University of Washington research team participating in the NSF I-Corps Spring Cohort 2026, a national program that supports the development of research-based innovations into real-world solutions.

We are conducting structured customer discovery interviews with food service professionals across Washington State school districts throughout April 2026. Our goal is to better understand the daily realities of institutional food procurement before finalizing our solution.
