The Petaluma Community Guild Membership requires all new applicants to fill out an application, answer a few questions and provide your membership fee ($35 for individuals, $70 for families) via the PayPal link on the bottom of the page. After your application is received you will be contacted by a member of our membership committee to schedule an interview if needed.

To the Officers and Members of the Petaluma Community Guild, I respectfully petition to be initiated and enrolled as a member of your Guild. In presenting this application, I am influenced by no motive other than a desire to unite with others in elevating and advancing the interest of my community through the principles of the Guild and receiving in return such benefits and advantages as may accrue to all who belong to the Guild. I promise a faithful compliance with the By-Laws of this Guild, and the Constitution and By-Laws of the California Guild. I have not previously applied to membership in this or any other Guild within the past six months.
