Devolved School Management Survey
Aberdeen City Council is seeking your views on a new Devolved School Management (DSM) scheme which, once approved, will be effective from August 2020. We have worked with a range of people to write the Draft Guidance and are now seeking your views on the scheme.

Every school should have a Head Teacher who is not regularly expected to teach classes. *
Every school should be allocated staff in line with national and local staffing agreements. *
Every school should have a dedicated allocation of Support for Learning staff to allow them to support the needs of all their learners. *
