We are happy to serve our church partners and external community with our Back to School Outreach on Sunday, August 17, after service! Please register each child via this form. Children of active partners of Transformation Christian Fellowship will be prioritized first. If you have any questions or concerns, please send an email to info@transformationcf.org. Thank you!
