If yes, do you understand that the $15 chorus fee is due no later than September 1st? Please understand that the chorus fee covers your child's subscription to sightreadingfactory.com, dinner for before the concert, and 2 adult tickets to the performance. (If in 6th Grade, please mark N/A) *
For 7th and 8th Grade: I understand that my child is required to perform in the December 4th concert at 6pm and the dress rehearsal that same day from 3-6pm. This is his/her EOG for Chorus and will be worth roughly one third of each student's overall grade. If there is a conflict I will let Ms. Hengler know no later than September 1st so that a suitable alternative can be arranged. (6th Grade, please mark N/A) *
