4-H Rhapsody in Color Music and Fine Arts Festival Artist & Vendor Form
Please fill out the following form for our 1st Annual 4-H Rhapsody in Color Music and Fine Arts Festival:

Date: Sunday, March 26, 2023
Fees: $30 for 4-H Clubs, $40 for non-4-H Clubs, additional $5 for table and chair rental (2 chairs per table) 
Space: 8 feet x 6 feet. NO Canopies will be allowed inside of the Building. We will update if outdoor spaces become available. No electricity will be provided. 
FEES: CASH, CHECK MADE OUT TO CASH or MONEY ORDERS  as we are a brand new 4-H Charter and our EIN number has not been assigned to us yet. Once approved, we will email you with a date and time to meet to collect the fees or provide the mailing address for checks to be mailed. Please note, there are no refunds once you have submitted the fees as this is a fundraising event. Receipts provided upon request.
Location: 4-H Shotwell Building
37 Plains Road, Augusta, NJ 07822
Time: 10 am to 4:30 pm (no early breakdowns)
Set up time: Saturday, March 25 4-H clubs time tbd and Sunday March 26 from 8:30 am to 9:30 am. You will receive an email with detailed information for setting up and breaking down.

This will be a juried event. We ask that you provide pictures or social media links of ALL products to avoid duplicate art being sold. Please be very detailed in the list of items you plan to sell. Any item not pre-approved by the hosts will need to be removed the day of the event. We ask this to ensure everyone has a successful event. Once accepted, you will receive an email as confirmation. 

Thank you for being part of our very first Fundraising Musical Event. This event is in collaboration with Lennon's House, a NJ Non-Profit. There will be live entertainment thoughout the day, a silent auction, other 4-H clubs in attendance, and more! 

There will be a separate and vendor event being held in the Richard's Building on this date, so there should be a great turn out!
