Session Proposal
PLEASE READ BEFORE CONTINUING

Thank you for your interest in submitting a session proposal for the 2022 Illinois Career Connections Conference. This year's conference will be held in two locations and on two dates. We will be at the Tinley Park Convention Center in Tinley Park, IL, on Monday, April 25, 2022 and the Bank of Springfield Center in Springfield, IL, on Tuesday, April 26, 2022.

When completing this form, you will be asked which of the two location you'd like to present at. If you are willing and able to travel and present at both locations, there will be an option for that, as well. We look forward to you sharing your innovative ideas and experiences related to equity, outreach, and integration with other Career and Technical Education and Core Academic administrators, counselors, and teachers.

For more information on the three conference themes of Equity, Outreach, and Integration, please visit our website (www.ilcareerconnections.org), hover over the "IL Career Connections Conference" dropdown located at the top of the page, and select "Themes."

Note #1: A title and description of your proposed session(s) is needed to complete this form. Please make sure you have those ready before continuing.

NOTE #2: If you plan to present multiple sessions, please complete this form for as many sessions you wish to present.

NOTE #3: The deadline to submit a session proposal is Friday, February 18, 2022

NOTE #4: We have every intention of hosting the 2022 conference in person. If it has to be conducted virtually due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we will use the same event platform from the 2021 conference, HOPIN. In this scenario, the two event dates would be condensed to one, and the conference would be held on Friday, April 29, 2022. All approved presentations would occur on that day. Detailed instructions for how presenting virtually works would then be communicated with all presenters.
