What is Release Editor
There is one release editor every week. Release editor will:

1. Aggregate a draft from GitHub PRs, R Weekly Live, Slack #links-api channel posts, Twitter, Reddit, and other sources on Saturday or Friday
2. Post a highlight poll to Slack on Saturday or Friday
3. Release a new issue on Monday
