Join the movement for police accountability in Chicago.
Empowering Communities for Public Safety (ECPS) is a coalition of community, labor, and faith-based organizations working to hold police accountable and create safe neighborhoods across Chicago.
The ECPS ordinance creates District Councils in each of Chicago's 22 police districts, where three local leaders chosen in the February 2023 municipal elections will take on important roles for police accountability in their neighborhood.
This is a chance for the people of Chicago to lead an exciting new chapter for public safety; share your information below to support our coalition with canvassing throughout the city!
