OMEGA is an initiative at the MIT AgeLab designed to create connections between high school students and older adults. The MIT AgeLab is hosting a one-day event (which we call a Summit) with high schoolers from across New England. During the Summit, students will learn about community-based intergenerational programming and brainstorm ideas for intergenerational programs and clubs to implement in their own communities. Students will also learn about careers in aging and college scholarships that are available through the MIT AgeLab for juniors and seniors.
