Rochester Minnesota's first ever full time Islamic school at Masjid Al Khair launched during the Spring Semester of the 2023/24 academic year and has been a great success, Alhamdulillaah. Students made significant improvements in Reading, Math, and Writing while studying Quran, Islamic Studies, and Tafseer daily. 

Due to that success, we launched a unique summer program this year serving the Muslim community of Rochester, and now we are accepting applications for the 2024/2025 academic year.

Students in our program study the following subjects daily: Quran, Islamic Studies, Arabic, English, Math, and Science. Students rotate through social studies and art. 

School will be in session from August 28th 2024 to June 4th 2025 from 9am to 3pm.

The focus of Al-Khair Islamic School is to develop strong Muslim future leaders who will also be competitive college applicants with exceptional entrepreneurial skills.

The main instructor will be Mr. Abdirahman Ikar, an experienced Homeschooler and former public school teacher and university counselor with 10+ years of education experience with secular and religious education.

The cost is $475 monthly per student. 2 siblings receive a 10% discount and 3 siblings receive a 20% discount.

Private school tuition DOES qualify as an Income tax subtraction.
