This is the application form for the BioC2026 Bioconductor Carpentry workshop on "Orchestrating Large-Scale Single-Cell Analysis with Bioconductor".

This workshop will take place at the Data Science Lab, Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center, Seattle, USA, on August 13-14, 2026 (in-person only). It will be taught by Wes Wilson and Ted Laderas.

Application Process: First-come, first-served until places are filled. Please confirm that you meet the prerequisites listed in the form below.

Workshop Fee: USD 55 (travel and accommodation are not included and must be covered by participants).

Familiarity with R/Bioconductor, such as the Introduction to data analysis with R and Bioconductor lesson.
Familiarity with multivariate analysis and dimensionality reduction, such as Chapter 7 of the book Modern Statistics for Modern Biology by Holmes and Huber.
Familiarity with the biology of gene expression and scRNA-seq, such as the review article A practical guide to single-cell RNA-sequencing by Haque et.al.
