NGPF Missing Credits Form
Please submit one form response per missing credit.

On-Demand Modules:
  • The On-Demand Modules can take up to 10 days to be processed and some modules may be processed before others. Please refrain from reporting any missing modules until the full 10-day period has elapsed.
  • You can earn only one credit per each On-Demand module. You can access the list of all the On-Demand modules you have successfully completed in your transcripts, located under My NGPF Academy.
Certification Courses:
  • We will closely monitor the form before and during the Certification Course exams. 
  • The Certification Course exam credit is uploaded after the exam window closes.
    • For the Self-Paced Certification Courses, the credit progress bar will update after the module due date passes.
