This application is to be filled out by any individual interested in providing volunteer time at the National Road Museum, Boonsboro Trolley Station Museum, and Boonsboro Visitor Center.

These facilities are operated by the National Road Heritage Foundation (NRHF)

The Boonsboro Visitor Center will be operated in partnership with the Boonsboro Economic Development Commission. (EDC)

The Boonsboro Trolley Station Museum is operated in partnership with the Hagerstown & Frederick Railway Historical Society (H&FRHS) ,

Both the H&FRHS and NRHF are 501(c)3 educational nonprofit organizations registered in the State of Maryland.

As we prepare to open the National Road Museum and Boonsboro Visitor Center in the near future, our hours will be expanding to better reach visitors to the Boonsboro area.  In most cases, volunteers will be scheduled for 3-4 hour periods. 

For summer 2024, most opportunities involve the Trolley Station Museum on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of each month.

Please select any days and time periods which you may be available to volunteer, whether you are looking to only give your time on rare occasion or on a regular basis.  You will be able to change these preferences at any time.
