ABOUT SUBSCRIPTIONS:
1. A Subscription is for one-month = 4 weekly deliveries
2. Subscriptions to be paid in full upon order, prior to first delivery date
3. If a Subscription is cancelled mid-term, we'll refund you the balance, using One-Time prices on consumed items

2. Delivery on WEDNESDAY, between 10am and 5pm (barring traffic/adverse weather conditions)
*Payments received past this time will be processed for delivery the following Wednesday.

PRODUCT DETAILS:
The milk and dairy products you'll be receiving are from grass-fed carabaos, and formulated to enhance milk's natural goodness, They are minimally processed, and we don't use artificial ingredients or refined sugars. The milk is pasteurized (but not UHT) and intentionally not homogenized to maintain maximum nutritional benefits. UHT and homogenization denature essential nutrients.

PLS REFRIGERATE AS SOON AS YOU RECEIVE THEM.

Our products are perishable and require immediate refrigeration upon receipt (1ºC to 4ºC). As with Best By dates, they're good unopened for 10 - 14 days, and we suggest you consume them within this window (unless you freeze them). Once opened, they can last a few days, depending on how well you handle the products. EXCEPT for Fresh Full-Cream Milk, which has a shorter shelf-life, which is typically 3 - 7 days.  

If frozen before the Best By date, shelf-life can extend for one month.

GOOD TO KNOW: RETURNS, REFUNDS, REPLACEMENTS
Because of the relatively short shelf life of our dairy products, from 5 days through 14 days (longer if frozen), and depends greatly on how well you handle the products upon receipt (should be chilled steadily between 1ºC and 4ºC), we will not provide refunds. However, if there is something deficient with the product, please send us a photo of the unfinished portion and we'll gladly replace it at your next delivery.

The Farm-to-Fridge Dairy Subscription Program is in collaboration with MAGCO and the Philippine Carabao Center so many can taste and see that the Lord is good!
