Metropolitan Parts RMA Form
DO NOT PRINT THIS ONLINE FORM. This form is to be filled out and submitted online only. Once you submit it, you will then get an email back from us within one business day with an approval and an RMA #. You should print that email and include it in the box that you're shipping back to us. If you instead need a paper version of the RMA form that you can print and fill out by hand, see the next section below. You must have an approved RMA # before sending your returns to us.

  • CORE RETURNS: Note that cores can be accepted for orders from any date. This form is not to be used for selling cores for store credit. If you have cores to sell, email us at info@shopmetropolitanparts.com for our core price guide.
  • PART RETURNS: We only refund parts returned within 1 year in the condition in which they were received. No parts will be accepted after 1 year of purchase date.
  • Also note that if the purchase was over 180 days ago, you will need to call in (570-922-0012) with the same credit card information that you used for the purchase in order to receive a refund. Please call after you've received your RMA # (not before). If you do not call, we will not be able to process your refund.
  • Anything beyond our return policy will be refused and returned back to you at shipper's cost.

Do you prefer a paper version of this RMA form?
 
If you prefer to print a paper version of the RMA form to fill out by hand instead of this online version, click here. You will then need to email or mail the handwritten form to us in order to receive approval and an RMA #. Email the completed form to info@shopmetropolitanparts.com or mail it to 303 Main St, PO Box 85, Hartleton, PA 17829. You must have an approved RMA # before sending your returns to us.
