CANCELLATION POLICY
Field trips are offered rain or shine! If we determine that the weather will not allow us to provide a good trip experience then we will offer the option to reschedule at no cost.

If your school wants to cancel for any reason (once your booking has been confirmed) then you must notify us by 9 AM the day before your trip in order to be eligible to reschedule.  Cancelations outside of this notice period are not eligible to be rescheduled and the full cost of the trip fee is still owed.
