As noted at Kaltura: Request Additional Captioning Services, captions created by human professionals through Kaltura are a for-pay service. Professional captioning jobs are billed to the next minute.

OIT will need your Enterprise Financial System (EFS) billing information so your account can be charged for the work when you order captions for a specific video in Kaltura.
