2025 TFX Invitational Media Credential Application

Working media/press members can now apply for a media credential to the TFX Invitational, an Official In-Person Qualifying Event for the 2025 CrossFit Games, held May 16-18, 2025, in Oklahoma City, OK. The deadline to apply for a media credential is May 4, 2025.  

To be considered for a media credential with access to the media pit, each applicant must be:

  • A professional journalist representing a news outlet that plans to create and distribute print, broadcast, or online content about the event, or
  • A professional photographer or videographer working under contract for an official TFX Invitational partner or sponsor.

TFX will not grant credential requests for photographers and videographers shooting on behalf of specific individual athletes and/or teams. In addition, individuals attending for the sole purpose of publishing content on personal social media accounts will not be considered. These individuals are allowed to use a lens less than or equal to 6 inches long in general seating.

Individuals seeking a media credential will be notified within two weeks of their application being submitted. If approved, a media agreement will be sent out and must be signed and returned.
