Once this form is submitted you will receive an email confirmation stating we received your order. Special Orders placed between Friday - Tuesday will be ordered Wednesday, arriving on Thursday. Special Orders placed between Wednesday - Thursday will be ordered Friday, arriving on Monday. If your order comes in we will call you to set up a pick up time. We cannot guarantee your special order will come in. If you do not receive a call your order did not come in and we will attempt to special order it one more time. If it does not come in on the second try, we will call and let you know.
