In order to speed up the repair process and reduce your costs as much as possible, you can take the following steps before your boat arrives at our facility:

If you are having repairs done through insurance, please contact them first and complete any necessary paperwork. Please direct them to pay us if applicable, and then you will just owe us your deductible upon completion.
Take pictures & video of the damage for your own record and/or for insurance.
Arrange transportation; we can provide this if you are close, but it will be more cost effective for you if you can get your boat to us.

Optional:

Remove parts that are not in need of attention (Removeable rigger bolts, foot stretchers, seats)
Wash your boat thoroughly, cover any damage, use a soap without wax
