Helper Form 2024
If you are interested in joining our helper team for the 2024 children’s camp, we would like to invite you to fill in this form, so that we can hear a bit about who you are, what your interests are, and why you would like to come to the camp. This information, as well as serving as confirmation of your interest and availability, will help us to form a helper team as fairly as possible so please answer honestly. We need to know about you to make sure any roles would be suited to you. For our younger helpers, we ask you to try to fill the form out yourselves however we understand if you need your parents support.
If possible, we would ask that you pay your journey to and from camp, but if you need help with this, please let us know below.

Confirmation of availability
Please confirm that you are available to be part of the helper team from midday on the 17th of July 2024 until 2pm the 31st of July 2024. If for whatever reason you are unable to, please give a brief description of the dates that you can do and why. The preparation in the run up to the camp is very important for the smooth running of the camps as well as for creating a shared ethos and working dynamic. This includes pre-camp meetings, on camp set-up, and we will need you stay to help with the packing down and for the closing meeting on the Wednesday. This is an important reflection time, to see what went well, what might need changing for next year etc. so on the whole we expect you to be able to participate. 
Are you able to attend the entire camp? This includes 3 days to set up before the children arrive and 1 day afterwards to pack up and reflect (noon 17/07/2024 - 2pm 31/07/2024).
