The event’s emphasis is shopping, riding horse drawn carriages, sliding down a life size snow hill, enjoying interactive booths, eating at downtown restaurants & food trucks, entertainment and so much more! The event is family oriented and fosters an environment for all ages.
At your booth you are asked to offer a game, craft, or other fun opportunity for our community. Another highly successful option at our other events is to provide an interactive game at your booth (for low cost- no more that $1 per play) and have kids win novelty items related to your organization - (ex. pencils, frisbees, toys, etc.). You also have the opportunity to have items such as baked goods for a donation only-- **please be aware that we have multiple organizations signed up for baked goods.**
B-Town Events will provide:-1 table-2 chairs-power (for an additional fee, if requested)
You will be responsible for providing:-any extra table/chair needs-tablecloths-decorations-anything needed for your booth
