Registration Fee (sliding scale) *
PLEASE PAY THE REGISTRATION FEE by going to https://www.paypal.me/abolition or clicking the desired link below. Enter the amount you are able to pay, which will be sent to abolitionjournal@gmail.com (you can change the defaults.)  We are requesting a sliding scale registration fee (between $0 and $125) to help cover the cost of the convergence, and to keep it free for those who need it to be. Please donate according to your ability; the following are only very general suggestions and we hope you will pay what you can afford. For those who are able to pay a higher registration fee, we greatly appreciate your doing so in order to subsidize the costs for all attendees. The registration fees will pay for the costs of the venues, food, childcare, materials, and will subsidize registration, housing, and travel for some participants. For example, around $30 covers the cost of meals for one person. If you do not have a PayPal account or prefer to send a check/money order, please make it out to "Abolition Convergence" and mail to: Abolition Convergence c/o Althea Sircar, 1674 Grand Ave Apt 2, Saint Paul, MN 55105, USA. Please include your name and the names of any others registering with you and make sure you also submit this registration form online!
How did you hear about the convergence?
Please let us know (email conference@abolitionjournal.org or describe below) if you have safety concerns about being photographed and/or recorded during a convergence event, and we will make a request to the audience to keep the session you are in phone/camera-free. In any case, the public plenary and Q&A on Friday will be photographed/recorded for our own publicity and documentation.
