2027 ECCE 2027/2028 Places 🌈
This cancellation list is for Happy Days Creche - Walkinstown Dublin 12. Please enter the details required to be added to our waiting list. We have a cancellation list for 2024 which has parents placed on since 2021. We are fully booked so the cancellation list will be contacted if a child booked in cancels their place. We have closed this list. We also have a list for spaces in 2026-2027 term. We have closed this list due to high numbers. 
We have opened this new list for parents you want a place in 2027 for full day care, part time care or ECCE 2027/2028 term. We only can offer part-time care if the groups can have spaces which is based on our afterschool numbers. 
We have Wobblers (age 12-23 months), Toddlers (2 years) and there are a maximum of twenty spaces between the two groups.  ECCE (2 and 9 months in September upwards generally children are doing two years ECCE and going to school when 5 or nearly 5). Our afterschool we do not take on cancellation list as we have such limited places we can only offer place to our full time children. 


As of April 2026 we are fully booked up until September 2027. In early 2027 we will be able to take bookings for September based on the number of children we have already full time, it is then we will have a better idea of how many children are going to school and staying for afterschool. We do already have Wobbler siblings booking in for September 2027 so our numbers available for this age will be very low. 

On 2026/2027 list we already had 290 children, before that over 400 (some who perhaps no long require a space.

Thank you for filling out the Cancellation List; your place on your list will be kept in our Google Drive under password protection. 

We do not answer emails asking where parents are on the list as it is taking a huge amount of admin time. We will contact you any time a place becomes available for your child's age group. Due to the complexity of spaces when available we no longer give parents a place on the list as it doesn't always give a clear indication of when the spot will be clear.

When we contact you about a space we give parents one week to respond, if you do not receive our emails or they go to spam folders this is beyond our control. 

As a creche we manage capacity based on Tusla registration, room size and staff available. We offer children places as a first come first service but when available. For example if we have a lot of full day care in the 3,4,5 ages the ECCE only (9:00am-12:00pm) spaces are more limited. You may find children younger than yours are offered a space and yours is not as the capacity in your child's age is smaller or the there is a large amount of children currently with.
