After viewing the following Climbing Wall Orientation Video please complete the following form. Required questions must be answered and submitted prior to utilizing the climbing wall in the Hadlock Student Center. Watching the Orientation Video and passing the Bouldering Assessment Quiz is required every year, starting July 1st. If passed, you will receive a small green sticker on your ID, indicating your certification to climb at the climbing wall. All climbers must leave their IDs at the front desk before climbing.

All top rope belay and lead climbing certification need to be updated for the 2023-2024 academic year. Please consult climbing wall staff during designated hours about this. They will be able to walk you through this process and get the information updated for the current academic year. Please allow at least 5 minutes for this and be prepared to demonstrate safety checks and proper use of equipment including harness and belay device.
