With your advisor and chapter leaders, please fill out the New Chapter Application Form. Once the form is submitted, each of the three chapter leaders and the advisor will receive an email to confirm their involvement. After receiving all confirmations, we will send you a welcome package with your chapter logo, official email account, rules, and workflow.
