What You'll Do

As a Business Development Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting and impactful projects. You'll be an integral part of our team, contributing to key company processes and learning valuable skills along the way. Here’s a sneak peek at what you'll be doing:

1. Business Development:

   • Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and partnerships.
   • Support the development and execution of sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
   • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify potential clients, funders and markets.

2. Fundraising:

   • Collaborate with the CEO on fundraising efforts, including preparing pitch decks and investor presentations.
   • Research potential investors and funding sources, and help manage investor relationships.
   • Assist in the creation of compelling narratives and materials to attract investment.

3. Strategic Planning:

   • Participate in strategic planning sessions with the team.
   • Help develop and implement business development plans and initiatives.
   • Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform decision-making.

4. Marketing and Outreach:

   • Support marketing campaigns and outreach efforts to promote Lab4U's mission and products.
   • Assist in creating content for social media, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
   • Engage with our community of educators, students, and partners to build strong relationships.

• Strategic Thinking: Gain insights into strategic planning and decision-making processes at a high-growth startup.
• Networking: Build valuable connections with industry professionals, educators, and investors.
• Leadership: Work closely with our CEO and team, gaining mentorship and guidance from experienced leaders.

• Passion for Education and Technology: A genuine interest in our mission and the EdTech industry. Interest in K-12 education and social innovation
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to conduct research and analyze data to inform business decisions. You have a growth hacker mindset and a taste for Marketing, Business and SaaS
• Team Player: Willingness to collaborate and contribute to a dynamic team environment.
• Self-Starter: Proactive and able to take initiative on projects and tasks.
  
• Excellent or Native English and intermediate Spanish
• Good time management and task prioritization skills
  
• You are very rigorous and love creating documents

Details

• Location: hybrid, with opportunities for in-person collaboration in Santiago.
• Duration: 3-6 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
• Compensation: An internship stipend to cover expenses.
