University Connections 
Please complete this form for each college class you intend to take.  
  • All University Connections classes taken as part of your 6-period school day will appear on your high school  transcript and will be calculated into your your GPA.
  • You must provide your proof of enrollment before we will schedule college classes into your schedule. Until we get that, you will be enrolled in study hall or other class previously scheduled.
  • Taking a college class starts your official college transcript. Grades earned may have an impact on future college admissions and financial aid eligibility, so please be prepared to give your best academic effort to your courses.
  • College and high school drop deadlines are different, so please make sure you know and follow the expectations for each.
  • If you choose to drop your university connections course after the 7 week mark on the SD2 calendar, you will recieve an F on your High school transcript.
  • If you drop your course before the 7 week mark on the SD2 calendar, you will not receive an F on your high school transcript.
  • If you drop you university connection course at any time, you will be enrolled in another course with SD2.
