In addition to filling out the form below, please send a copy of your arrangement(s) as well as midi files of said arrangement(s) to info@momentumstudios.com, complete with any notes we should know about before recording (tempo changes, etc.). This will allow us to properly set up for tracking to get the most out of the time we spend together.

Please note we cannot begin work on your project until this form has been filled out AND we've established contact with you to confirm the information you provide below.

Tracking Location *
Where will we be recording your lovely voices or instruments? Please note if you are an orchestra or a choir exceeding 30 people, our studio will not be properly equipped to record your entire ensemble at once. We can work with you to make arrangements for an alternate venue, such as a concert hall.
